Submissions

Since internet phenomena knows no borders, Mondayist is looking for contributions from writers from all over the globe.

Specifically, we are looking for shortish reported features bringing a unique angle on internet culture, or internet angles on current affairs. We are interested in stories with a strong idea that tell an underreported story in mainstream media bringing together different voices, dispatches, and personal essays.

Here are some topics we are currently interested in: obscure micro-influencers, the Reddit threads, TikTok videos and Facebook groups campaigning behind-the-scenes from Hong Kong to Minneapolis, the empowerment and alienation of the digital economy, a fresh take on fake news.

Drop us a line at editor@mondayist.com and we’ll get back to you!
